Skellerup Holdings Limited (NZX: SKL) Skellerup acquires Talbot Technologies

Skellerup announced today it has acquired the business and assets of Talbot Technologies Limited (Talbot). The acquisition price is approximately $10 million and will immediately be earnings accretive to the Skellerup Group.

Talbot design, develop and manufacture engineered plastic products. They have provided innovative solutions for domestic and international customers for over 25 years.

Skellerup Group CEO David Mair said, “The acquisition is a natural fit for Skellerup, as it complements our focus and capability on designing highly technical products for international original equipment manufacturer (OEM) companies. Talbot has a leading market position supplying engineered plastic products for leading domestic and international companies specialising in health, technology and electronics applications. We are excited to strengthen and broaden Skellerup’s capability with the proven expertise of the Talbot team.”

The transaction is due to close on 31 August 2021.
