Acquisition of remaining 50% share in Esro Petfood BV

Scales Corporation Limited (NZX: SCL ) announces that it has acquired the shares of its joint venture partner in its European business, Esro Petfood BV, for nominal consideration.

The acquisition reinforces Scales commitment to medium-term growth opportunities in the region. Scales intends to rebrand Esro Petfood to support both supply and demand in the region.

Senior Group executives remain in Europe and are focused on improving operating performance while providing stability for customers, suppliers and employees.

Scales Corporation will fully consolidate Esro Petfood’s results from September 2026. The full-year guidance issued on 26 August 2026 remains unchanged.
