Tower names Seniors Money's Brett Wilson as CFO, replacing Boggs

Tower, the listed general insurer, named Brett Wilson as chief financial officer, following the departure of Michael Boggs last month.

Wilson was CFO and secretary at  Seniors Money International, and has previously worked as ASB's general manager finance, CFO at Metropolitan Life and finance manager at Sovereign.

Boggs resigned last year and finishes this Friday, ending four years with the company.

Tower shares fell 1.3 percent to $2.28 and have declined 7.4 percent this year.
