My Food Bag - Confirmation of ASX Delisting

Further to the announcement to the market on 19 May 2023, My Food Bag Group Limited (My Food Bag) confirms that its de-listing application to ASX Limited (ASX) has been accepted and that the ordinary shares of My Food Bag will be removed from the official list of the ASX at the close of trading today, Friday 23 June 2023. Shares on the ASX were suspended from quotation on Wednesday, 21 June 2023, as noted in the accompanying correspondence with the ASX.

 

Shares in My Food Bag will continue to be listed on the Main Board of the New Zealand Stock Exchange (NZX) and trading on the NZX continues following this ASX delisting.
