GFI - Notice of Annual Shareholders' Meeting

Greenfern Industries Limited’s (NZX: GFI ) 2022 annual meeting of shareholders will be in held in person only at 10:00 a.m. on 22 September 2022 at HQ 125, 125 Queen Street, Auckland CBD, Auckland 1010.

Attached are:

- the Notice of Meeting;

- the Proxy Form; and

- an Appraisal Report prepared by Simmons Corporate Finance and referenced in the Notice of Meeting.

The Notice of Meeting, Proxy Form and Appraisal Report will be emailed to shareholders who have provided the company’s share registrar with an email address and mailed in hard copy where the share registrar does not have an email address. Electronic copies of these documents are also available on the company’s website, https://gfi.nz/.

The meeting will be recorded and available on the company’s website after the meeting.
