Air New Zealand Ltd. subsidiary Zeal 320 said it reached agreement with flight attendants on a new collective contract.

The accord follows long-running negotiations on the contract to cover most flight attendants who operate on the A320 aircraft on the Tasman Pacific routes.

The Engineering, Printing & Manufacturing Union is presenting the contract to flight attendants for ratification and no comment will be made until that is concluded next week, according to the statement.

Air New Zealand shares were unchanged at $1.25.
