CHI confirms dates for change in Chief Executive Officer

Channel Infrastructure (CHI) has today confirmed the CEO transition dates, following the announcement in November that Rob Buchanan will succeed Naomi James.

Rob will join the company on 31 January 2023. Naomi will present the company’s FY2022 Annual Results on 24 February 2023, and will step down as CEO on 6 March 2023, with Rob taking over as CEO on this same date. Naomi will then remain with the business for a continued handover with Rob, until her departure from the company on 1 April 2023.
