Sky ASM and Closing Date for Director Nominations

Sky intends to hold its Annual Shareholders’ Meeting on 20 November 2026 at 11.00am (NZST). The meeting is intended to be held online and in person at The Maritime Room, Princes Wharf, Auckland.

For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, the closing date for director nominations is 5.00pm on 25 September 2026. All nominations must be submitted to Kirstin Jones (Company Secretary) at the following address:
