Tasman Agriculture has had more strong support for its dairy farm sales programme, with the total for six South Island properties topping $18 million.

The sixth auction took place in South Otago today where a 134-hectare property sold for $1.925 million.

TasAg says the strong interest in the sales continues to be reflected in the sale prices which, over the six auctions, were around 10.4% above recorded values.

The company says it is now seeking expressions of interest from any party interested in purchasing South Island Dairy Farms.
