Spotless adds another company secretary

Spotless Group has announced the appointment of Sharyn Page as company secretary.

Spotless says Page brings extensive experience to the role having previously been the company secretary at AMP and OneSteel.

Spotless Group chief financial officer, Andre Carstens will continue to be an additional company secretary.
