Cannasouth Limited (NZX: CBD ) announces that, following the Watershed Meeting on 7 June 2024, its subsidiaries, Cannasouth Cultivation Limited, Eqalis Pharmaceuticals Limited, Eqalis Innovations Limited, Eqalis Group New Zealand Limited and RestoreMe Clinic Limited (all subject to Deed of Company Arrangement) are parties to, and have executed, a Deed of Company Arrangement.
