Hi all,

Re: Visiomed (VSG)

I became a little concerned when the VSG share price dropped further than I anticipated so I sent an email to Visiomed this morning.

I have approval to share the response (from Colin McDonald, Visiomed's Company Secretary) with the sharechat group and do so below.

Regards,

Dear Anonymous,

We are working very diligently on several different areas that we believe will provide positive outcomes for the company's growth and future profitability, and so of course this should increase the share price. You can see the progress we are making by reading our recent ASX announcements (refer to our website).

You are welcome to share my comments with other investors, although I cannot comment on specific areas that are not in the public domain. You can be assured that we are striving to improve returns to shareholders.

Another theory about the recent decline in the biotech share prices is the current nickel share boom, which could be having the effect of withdrawing funds from the sector.

Regards
Colin

Dear Colin,

Very thoughtful of you to respond quickly. Thank you.

To alleviate concerns, I would like to share this news with an investor chat group. I assure you I would not do so without your consent.

As I do not wish to offend or contravene any legislation, I seek your advice and approval.

Kind regards,

Dear Anonymous

We are also disappointed with the share price performance in the last couple of days. We have put out positive announcements and two of our directors have been buying shares at these levels.

There will be positive developments on several fronts in the short to medium term, so hold tight.

Regards
Colin

Subject: VSG Share Price Drop

Good Morning Colin,

I have some real concerns regarding the severe drop in VSG share price.

I believe the recent placement was at 10c and I understand some TA investors in for a fast turn-around would be happy to sell at near that price, however; yesterday's drop to .09 has me baffled.

Is there something I should know?

Thank you Colin.

I am a recent Visiomed shareholder.

The email was (a delayed) part of my due diligence process when purchasing shares.

Kind regards,
Anonymous

Dear Anonymous

I confirm that Visiomed Group Ltd (formerly Xcell Diagnostics) acquired
Visiomed AG from ZN Group earlier this year. If you refer to our website,
www.visiomed.com.au, you will be able to read about this and other ASX
announcements.

For your info...

8/10/03 - VSG released their latest share placement of 15,000,000 shares at 10c per share. Those who bought with the intention of turning the stock around for a quick small profit may impact price in the short term (as has happened to Intec-INL following release of their placement).

Weigh up this info with news as reported below.

Regards,

Hi All,

Xcell, now Visiomed (VSG) Director, Saliba Sassine has just acquired '4,500,000 unlisted options exercisable at various prices on or before 30/11/03'.

This is an excellent sign. I anticipate some good news before then which will impact price. Put this one on your watch list.
