The rents RBD pay post sale of the properties are outlined in their 
announcement of 21/12/2001.

There is also other stuff of interest in that announcement

As the KFC property sales generated a lot of cash you would have to 
'notionally' say that KFC would be debt free. Referring back to you workings 
on the profitability by concept a good case to say that KFC should not be 
allocated any interest cost.

That could Pizza Hut into a loss situation?
