My records show that J&J used Remicade to develop the psoriasis drug and were doing Phase III in 2002.

PTD has the patents on the Anti-TNF molecules and they want J&J to pay royalties. Enbrel has also some Anti-TNF connection according to many.

Both Enbrel and Remicade are powerful RA drugs but they can treat other diseases as well, eg Remicade treats Crohn's disease quite well and is the principal drug for that.
