Kevin,
      In early September RYM closed above a confirmed downward trendline, but 
this was really caused by the stock going into a trading range rather than 
clearly moving into an uptrend. Subsequent price action moved below the 
trendline again. 

 This is a very lightly traded stock that has gone nowhere in three years. I 
see it as having little downside risk, but limited upside potential.
