      I cannot give you the "reason" for the current CED downtrend. I could 
speculate, of course, but there is no real purpose in that. Prices move with 
changes in market sentiment. I concentrate on following the changes, and accept 
that I can never know the multitude of reasons that lie behind price movements.
 Similarly, I could hazard a guess as to a "prognosis" for CED, but again it 
would be idle speculation - pointless and worthless. I cannot predict what CED 
will do next week, let alone in 12 months time. No one can.
 I am unable to comment on the prospect of dividends.

 What I can tell you is this. CED is in a nice clean tidy confirmed downtrend. 
No one knows how long this will continue, or how far down it will go, but so 
long as it is in a downtrend, I would not buy or hold this stock.
