Just one last comment regarding that last point:

All CLI's property purchases are new or near new, and allowances in their 
models are made for refurbishments.

I'm also sure, that dispite stock markets going up, as a whole, over the long 
run, certain stocks have underperformed, and many fall substantially.

CLI are diversified.  On a risk/return basis CLI is a strong buy in my book.
