I believe the reason the share price is going down is because of the
companies use of (what I will call) creative accounting which is very
deceptive (No one I know can understand it. Those I have spoken to believe
The company to be *Cash Negative*)

I would say the company is not a buy until they can produce a standard
profit and loss sheet and it shows clearly that they have some potential

The T/A is giving off a lie detector alarm! I would believe it (Particularly
with Australian stocks)
