I have not read the annual report yet but here are my thoughts on SKC

SKC have been very successful at auckland casino/sky tower but as

yet the managment have not been able to duplicate this success in their

new developments and aquasitions

Adelaid seems to be on the right track and Hamilton along with its huge

hinterland made up of dairy farmers and race horse breeders should be

successful

CANBET should come good in the long term and sky leisure seems to be

getting sorted out however Queenstown is nothing but dead weight for SKC

Queenstown is not big enough and does not get enough tourist to support

two casinos and probably never will
