 ELD is in a clear downtrend, and has been for about 6 months. It is trending 
steadily, in a relatively narrow channel.

 Should you want to buy this stock, suitable signals would be a trendline 
break, a DMI crossover, or price action moving above the moving average.

 Cautious investors might want to wait for all 3 signals before buying.
