I remember Selwyn Cushing fronting up at the Air New Zealand meeting 
in 2000.   He told us that although the debt level of Air New Zealand 
had increased to buy the second half of Ansett, it was still well 
within the bounds of the accepted ratios of other international 
Airline carriers....
