Brian, 
       I would be happy to assist. Take a look at the attached WHS chart :-

With:- Extended date range
       Price and date Gridlines
       Log price scale
       Major trendline only (extended)
       Two Exponential moving averages
       Closing price only

Without :- Comments
           Minor trendlines
           Fancy Indicators
           Support and Resistance lines

 Is this the sort of thing you had in mind?
