[sharechat] New sub series announcement (Repeat post follows)

Hi All,

Gerry has asked me to repackage my recent 'CEN standoff' post in a 
format suitable for the 'Learning to Invest' series.   I never really 
considered that article as more than a one off.  But due to the 
response of the 'sharechatters' and looking at the amount of material 
available, I feel that a short mini-series may be justified (!).  

This is not really good news for New Zealand investors, but 
perversely may be good news to "Learning To Invest" readers!  The 
repeated post follows.   I won't make any promises about publication 
date for the next post in this 'mini series'.   But I'll keep 
in mind the idea of giving you all a 'christmas present'.
