 The chart of a sharemarket Index can often indicate very clearly whether you 
should be in that market or not, at any given time. Because of the 
disproportionate influence of TEL, the NZSE40 is not as good as the S&P 500 or 
the Australian AllOrds in this regard, but nevertheless it can provide very 
clear indications. The "Get Out" and the "Get Back In" signals here are 
unmistakeable.
