DIV: FRU: CLARIFICATION TO DIVIDEND PAYABLE DATE

Frucor Beverages Group advised that the Notice issued to NZSE/ASX on
14/08/2001 correctly stated the payment date of the final dividend as
11/09/2001.

The narrative which was attached incorrectly referred to 07/09/2001 as the
payment date.

Frucor apologises for any confusion caused.
