Does anyone else notice that after about 6PM, any attempt at web surfing on XTRA slows by (it seems) a factor of 90%?

No problem during the day, speed is good , but in the evening , oh so slooooow.

I have tried disconnecting , logging back in, but no improvement. Is it just too many customers trying to use too little resource at this time of night?

If others can confirm the same problem, I would consider changing to another provider.
