Yes - it was on the front page of the INFO TECH section that came with the 
Sunday Star Times. Sorry - I have not got a URL for it. It was just a couple 
of Small Paragraphs that said basically what I typed out. It does not 
mention any other details e.g whether shareholders of TM1 get to transfer 
their shareholdings to TM2. I presume not. A company goes bust, it owes a 
few million, you start up a new one and buy all its assets, forget about the 
1st one, the debt wil be written off by the receivers? and then you start 
all over again with the new one.
