The NZSE listing of BLIS (note correct spelling - it is an acronym for Bacteriocin Like Inhibitory Substances) was merely a transfer from the second board to the main board without any additional shares being issued. As such there is no new prospectus to view.

 

I cannot see that there is currently a BLIS website but a little information on the company and their technology can be obtained at
