Hi Keith,

I see IBA's share price has dropped for no apparent
reason, something must be up? Maybe they got a bad
review from a broker or something.

Here are four news items that I'm pondering over.

9 May
RJL Investments Pty Ltd increased its relevant interest in IBATechnologies
Limited on 07/05/2001, from 34,487,008 ordinary shares(22.98%) to
50,604,569 ordinary shares (31.02%).

10 May
Menowin Pty Limited and David Lloyd Veal increased their relevantinterest
in IBA Technologies Limited on 07/05/2001, from 22,297,439 ordinary shares
(14.86%) to 36,315,000 ordinary shares (22.26%).

10 May
Monetti Pty Ltd increased its relevant interest in IBA TechnologiesLimited
on 07/05/2001, from 23,327,771 ordinary shares (15.54%) to 37,345,332
ordinary shares (22.89%).

10 May
Allco Finance Group Limited increased its relevant interest in
IBATechnologies Limited on 07/05/2001, from 21,543,050 ordinary
shares(14.35%) to 35,560,611 ordinary shares (21.80%).

This seems strange, according to these four releases these
companies own 97.97% of IBA between them !!
Also with all these companies increasing their holdings, why isn't
there a corresponding announcement of someone decreasing their holding?

(From Tag's website, their holding in IBA is approximately 7%.)

IBA must have something going for it, why else would all these
companies have increased their holdings?

>From a Tech point of view my guess is that there is certainly no
buy signal at present! From my point of view, it's starting to get
interesting.

Rgds,
Derek

(don't hold IBA or TAG)
