Hi Gerry, I hope you are keeping well and investing wisely (which I'm sure you are).
As you know I did mention this sometime ago but ended up with egg on my face because I said the
deal was done and an announcement was pending. Hence I thought it best to sit a wait before I said anything else.
Since then I did hear Caltex had decided to hold off for reasons I don't know, but obviously it's back on.
Lets hope it's a good price and investors see it as a good decision to sell Challenge. I for one think it is as I'm led to 
believe Challenge is losing money hand over fist.

Mick Clifton discussed Caltex being a suitor some time ago and this step comes closer to confirmation of that thinking.
