Yes, there will be 2 to 3 rail assets on offer.
These are, as you know, feeder lines to the ports of Australia.
 
Toll Holdings is about the largest road operator there. Although they have spent up large in take-overs,"  Finemore " is one, they could still be in the bidding for Rail assets.
 
There is also a foreign contender, it could be in a joint venture with a local one.
 
The trend today is to lock in assets as quickly as possible and raise the required cash within 24 hours - after acceptance by the main Broker - by placement of shares at good prices!
 
Once the share price is over a certain amount, the company can just about raise any amount of cash!
 
Once LAC obtains some of these railway assets then the publicity could drive the share price forward, with a resulting rise in price of LACO !
