A cynical contrarian view could be that the "owners" of the 337 million 
shares want to get maximise their "investment" and not dump into a falling 
market! An opportunity to scoop up some shares before
31 March or 30 April (their year end) and drive the shareprice up may make 
their balance sheets look better?!

But then I am only looking for trading opportunities :-)
