CEO resignation does strike alarm bells especially when there is no reason. The volume is also large which suggests it could be a major player off loading some stock. May be an insider who has already heard that the BOD have decided not to pay a dividend for the year.

The Europe meat crises could have a bad effect on this stock for the sole reason that Europeans may go off eating meat for safty reasons. Let the marketing machine roll out...
