Lion Nathan Enterprises referring to its notice of 24/11/2000, in respect of
Montana Group, gives notice of a change in the price at which it will
acquire
ordinary shares in Montana. The price that it will acquire shares will be
increased from that provided for in the NRT to a range of $4.65 to $4.80,
with such change to take effect on 12/02/2001. Save for the change in price,
the NRT remains in full force and effect and acquisitions of shares by Lion
Nathan will be made in accordance with its terms.
