Wouldn't that be nice, but unfortunately no.

They are 2:1, meaning you need two of these suckers and $5.50 cash to buy 1 share

e.g.

2 FEGSB (@ 1.46 = 2.92) + Exc Price $5.50 = 8.42

against the close price of FEG of 8.49.
