Hi Steve,
Shares "in escrow" perhaps.
Taking a bit of a hammering though these ones.
Like you I think, I'm still holding a few.
Cheers,
John

Subject: [sharechat] Newcall constraints

Newcall issued a curious announcement this morning to the effect that "any
constraints on the shares issued as a result of the reverse takeover with
New Zealand Salmon Co and any
other issues in respect of the acquisition of business no longer apply."

Does anyone know what these constraints/restrictions were and who they apply
to?
