Aussie telco Telstra says a credit downgrade from Standard and Poor's was
expected and will not have a material effect on the company's overall

Nufarm Profit Up, Share Buyback Announced

Agricultural chemical company Nufarm has posted a full year tax paid profit
of A$52 million for the year to the end of July, rising 18% over the same
time last year. Turnover rose 2.7% to A$1.268 billion.
