[sharechat] NGL a buy ?

NEWCALL Group Ltd (NGL) has reported a consolidated loss of $4.256 million on
a turnover of $8.016 million for the six months to 30 June 2000.  No dividend
will be declared._

Seeing as most profit announcements have resulted in a drop of shareprice
will this result see a rise in the shareprice tomorrow ? What do the
experts reckon.
