"Telecom New Zealand and Singapore Telecom are discussing a potential alliance that could involve the Asian telco giant taking a strategic stake in the highly geared trans-Tasman company"

On Bloomberg TV news ticker at bottom of screen was the following: Singapore telecommunications may invest in Telecom NZ. Apparently reported in a news paper over their today.

If anyone can find the article please post it. Thanks in Advance. I have had a brief look but only have limited address.
