Okay, I can understand the fall in TEL, however, would someone 
please enlighten me on the tumble in TLS?

The Cyberworks deal is now looking pretty good to me, and will 
provide a good platform into Asia. The only thing I can think of is 
that the Aussie govt. are looking at selling the third tranche.
