[sharechat] Brierleys and their new aquisition (wheres news?)

On telstra buisness today Mickael Wilson said he wasnt

sure if yesterdays price rise was due to Brierleys increasing their stake

in a singaporian food buisness.

If this is the case where is the announcement? I have seen nothing

in the press, nothing at Brierleys website and no company news from NZSE.
