I agree Chriss comments have not been supported by facts. But understand
this: the point of having a forum, such as Sharechat, is for a community of
people with similar interests to share their thoughts and opinions. Whilst
Im not attempting to defend Chris, he was merely voicing his opinion, as
hes entitled to, so comments like these should be kept in context. Im
sure members of this forum are mature enough to distinguish between fact and
fiction and would have considered Chriss comments intelligently.
I accept that DFM may have taken some offence to these comments. However,
its disappointing that DFM have taken defensive stance on this by
dismissing these comments, rather than taking a more proactive approach to
understand why opinions like these are being held by some members within the
small investor community (assuming Chris is a small investor). This could
only help to enhance DFMs reputation within the market.
I cant say that I have ever dealt with DFM but I am aware that there are
others (not on the Sharechat forum) who have said that aspects of DFMs
approach could be improved. To that end, perhaps this is a good (and
timely) opportunity to find out what investors in the market think and
invite constructive criticism.
Regards
