[sharechat] FFS......what if......

FLP's gain may well be FFS's loss. What if the FLP
deal becomes unstuck because of FFS's legal dispute
with Citic (read between the lines: FCL tried to
sweeten up the FLP deal by securing a discounted
supply of woods from the CNI partnership). So far
there has been no disclosure as what whould happen to
the FLP sale if the contract is not secured. The
departure of FFS's CEO at such an intriguing time will
have some implications. -CB
