ASSET: ITC: IT CAPITAL INVESTS IN GOLDEN-ORB SOFTWARE

IT Capital has acquired 25% of an Australian e-commerce developer that
enables SMEs to quickly and easily build websites and conduct business
online. The investment in Queensland based Golden-Orb Technologies, is the
latest step by IT Capital to strengthen its presence in Australia following
the expansion to Sydney by 35% owned exo-net International earlier this year.
"This investment, which is subject to final due diligence and documentation,
is in the software tools used by builders of the New Economy who construct
e-commerce sites and link on-line business communities." said IT Capital MD,
Keith Phillips.
