Nice try but the 27c securities were the exercise of unlisted options. The annoucement:

Advantage Group advised that 1,972,999 ordinary shares have been issued on

10/03/00 at a price of $0.27 per share. Reason for issue: 1,972,999 unlisted

options by option holder in accordance with their terms. The number of

securities in existence after issue is: 53,708,859 ordinary shares and

362,666 unlisted options of this class.

As you can see the are a further 362,666 unlisted options (very lucky owners) so you may see this again in the future.
