Communications company CommSoft (NZSE: CSG) has signed an agreement with a US-based distributor to push two of its products in the North American market.

CommSoft says it has signed a deal with Sension, Inc., a developer of call centre software solutions, to distribute its CallMaster and NetMaster telephone and internet management software throughout North America.

CommSoft MD, Mark Lunt, says Sension will provide a full range of sales and support services for CallMaster and NetMaster.

"Sension's presence in North America significantly enhances our worldwide distribution network. This relationship will efficiently deliver the benefits of the CommSoft suite of products to the considerable market in the USA and Canada."

CommSoft's NetMaster is a web management product, designed to help companies manage the costs of internet use and to encourage responsible use of the internet in the workplace. CallMaster is a call management product, designed to help companies manage telephone costs.

To date CommSoft's main markets have been in New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom. Its Netmaster software recently received a positive review in a computer security industry magazine, which the company is hoping will help boost sales.
