Salvus Strategic Investments has not had the mandatory 500 shareholders required for stock exchange listing last year, and now NZX has granted it a second waiver.

Salvus has had less than the required 500 shareholders since July last year, when NZX granted it a six month waiver to remedy this.

On January 8 it still did not have the required 500 stock holders, but NZX today said it had granted Salvus yet another waiver.

Salvus has 473 registered share holders, representing 661 beneficial owners and 373 registered warrant holders, the latter representing 551 beneficial owners.
