Text too small?

TeamTalk has increased earnings by 24.5 percent on a 4.8 percent rise in revenue and says it is an exciting time to be a small player in the telecommunications industry.

The net profit after tax of $4.8 million was achieved on revenue of $32 million.

"For the first half of the year many of our customers were keeping their hand firmly in their pockets waiting for the outcome of the Government’s ultrafast broadband (UFB) tender process. But once they understood that the UFB will only ever deliver generic broadband services they unbuttoned their cheque books and got back to business with Citylink," said managing director David Ware.
