Wakefield Health mails out bid for Norfolk

Wakefield Health has formally made a takeover offer for Norfolk Investments, which has a 60 percent stake in the Grace Hospital in Tauranga.

The offer price of $3.80 for each Norfolk share values Norfolk at $24.23 million.

Wakefield said it had sent offer document to Norfolk shareholders today.
