MEETING: WFD: Resolutions passed at 2010 Annual Meeting

At the annual meeting of Wakefield Health Limited held on 6 August 2010, the following resolutions were passed by the meeting on a show of hands:

1. That Directors be authorized to fix the auditor's fees and expenses for the ensuing year; 2. That Alan Raymond Isaac be re-elected as a Director of the Company; 3. That Jacquiline Antionette Christina Gray be re-elected as a Director of the Company; 4. That Professor James Geoffrey Horne be elected as a Director of the Company.
